excellent software
Great grammar features, excellent spelling. I bought it a month ago and using it on a daily bases. the cons that it needs to be connected to the internet, but beside of that, it is really finds grammar mistakes that word did not find. highly recommended!

BEWARE OF WHITESMOKE!!!
YOUR MONEY WILL GO UP IN SMOKE!!! I was also fascinated by the software (trail version) until I bought it, I paid but until now I have not been able to download it, they are crooks, trying to reach them is impossible, do not download from these people, you will just lose your money!

Please check the feedback from the BBB on this company, and other people's compliants on line. It also tried to take over your search engine. WhiteSmoke Inc. 501 Silverside Road, Suite 105 Wilmington,, Delaware 19809 Errors in the installion of your software. I purchased dated 01/19/2008 from Whitesmoke . I tired to download the software, and I have tried to downloading it three times. It is giving me the error installation message below. It is giving me this message "self registration error" and "application has failed to start because is incorrect, reinstalling the application may fix the problem", I tried reinstalling white smoke again, but no sign of progress. You can see in their forum http://www.whitesmoke.com/forum/read.php?10,664 and at this other help forum http://www.whitesmoke.com/forum/read.php?10,664 that other people are having this problem. They lists a fax number on their website but they don’t list a number for the client to call. I would really love to use their software. I tried it a year ago, and it was great. I would help with this insulation problem or I want a refund ASAP. Could they assist me with this problem.
